Before founding NextWorth, David worked with DropShop, now Portero Luxury, a leading player in pre-owned luxury goods market, as VP of Northeast Operations. David’s first company was sold to TechKnowledge, Inc. in 1996, where he was the youngest partner and had a key role in defining and building their Internet development practice (TechKnowledge acquired by Xwave/Allied in 1999).

David has also held roles as the VP of Internet Strategy in the e-learning space and as a partner in a management consulting practice. He received his MBA and the Frederic C. Hamilton Scholarship for Entrepreneurship at the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and his BA in Economics and East Asian Studies at Colby College.

Ron Cuthbertson
President,           Global Operations

30+ years of Telco, Retail, CE and related Consulting experience

Ron Cuthbertson advances the company’s global strategy, business development and operations. He brings to the team vast experience spanning three decades in the Retail, Carrier and CPG industries, including senior executive roles at The Source, Best Buy, Future Shop, and Circuit City. Cuthbertson has consulted both independently and as a practice EVP at Alexander Proudfoot, serving North American Retail and CPG.

Lars Noreng
VP, Pricing

25+ years of management, consulting and sales experience.

Lars runs pricing, analytics and promotions for all NextWorth partners, managing over 180,000 products in a highly automated environment.

Lars has held executive roles in both Europe and North America for Agresso, Readsoft, Hartmark Consulting, Kleinewefers and Siemens. Fluent in multiple languages, Lars received his Lic.rer.pol. at the University of Fribourg in Fribourg, Switzerland.

Kimberly Henning
VP, Business Development, Marketing & Partnerships

20+ years of digital media, strategic & creative business development, marketing, and partnerships experience.

Kimberly focuses on driving revenue growth by leading business development, marketing and customer experience for both NextWorth’s B2B2C and D2C businesses. She has held executive level positions within start-ups, privately held and publicly traded internet and technology companies, including AOL and Gazelle working with retailers, OEMs, internet players and more. Kimberly has also held her own consulting practice working with top tier clients, including VML.
